At this restaurant, you get old world charm along with wonderful service and delicious food. This was definitely one of the best surprises of my trip. It's a little out of the way, upstairs in a building and once you walk in, there's a view from almost every table. The staff was super nice and helped with food suggestions. I had the chocolate & banana crepes. Oh my! Amazing and very rich, but well worth it. A must go-to for a relaxing brunch.
Both quaint and elegant at the same time, the Art Nouveau Palace brings old world charm into the 21st century. Beautiful crystal chandeliers and dark wood adorn the hotel lobby. The front desk staff was very helpful and gracious. They gave me a suite (which I hadn't booked) and also helped me book car service for my departure a few days later. Also - I needed a plug adapter and they loaned me one, free of charge...very nice.
The room itself was very nice... the only complaint would be that it was a tiny bit musty, but otherwise very clean and spacious with a separate sitting room and plenty of closet space (two built-in wardrobes with drawers). The bathroom was beautiful - gray and white marble, an amazing shower and plenty of lighting - just like the photo! The bedroom was delightful - plenty of pillows on the bed with two comforters, a mini-bar and desk/chair. All in all, the perfect place to stay in a great location near everything.
I loved visiting the Square...so much to see, especially in March before Easter, with all of the market shops open. There are stands selling every kind of trinket and charm, exclusive to Prague, including honey wine and holiday ornaments.
The architecture and variation of color of the buildings are just beautiful... the horse drawn carriages, food vendors. I could go on, but seeing is believing and Prague is a must-see-for-yourself kind of place. It's one of the most beautiful cities I've ever been to - I hope to go back and visit someday.

My room had a spectacular view of the water and a private balcony. Two double beds, desk with a chair and a comfy chair with ottoman in the corner, a mini bar and plenty of space for clothing in both the dresser and the closet. The bathroom was marble and had two very spacious cabinets for your toiletries, a blowdryer and full-size shower. Very clean... and I'm a germ-freak, so that was an added bonus.
The staff was amazing. Unfortunately, my luggage didn't arrive when I did. The Concierge was not only very understanding, but he helped to "track" the luggage arrival and he kept me posted! They brought it to my room as soon as it arrived. Very willing to give directions, call for car service, etc. The front-desk staff allowed us to print materials, as needed and were quite helpful too, as was the conference staff.
All in all, a very positive experience.

Barcelona is one of the best "finds" in Las Vegas. Located in Southern Highlands, this restaurant may be small in size, but the dishes themselves are large in flavor. There wasn't one thing that didn't perk up our taste buds. The waiter was wonderful and with my specific food issues (gluten free), he paid special attention to every detail, making recommendations accordingly. If there was something I couldn't eat, he brought out a substitute...and every substitute was amazing.
We had the special for $25 per person, which included a glass of sangria. Definitely well-priced and I would recommend this restaurant to both locals and visitors, alike. We'll be back!
